Your username will be either your registered Mobile Number or Email Address<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you’re unable to retrieve your username, seek help from an Admin, IT Coordinator, Principal, or any staff with administrative access<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Steps to Retrieve Username:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Step 1:<\/strong> Navigate to Settings ->Administration -> School Setup<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 2: <\/strong>Locate and click on the User Account Management<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 3:<\/strong> Go to the Staff<\/strong> tab and select the Activated<\/strong> section.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 4:<\/strong> Search for the staff member’s name<\/strong> to find their username.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
