This is only possible if the contact information has not been entered. To do this:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

- Go to Settings -> Administration -> School Setup -> User Account Management -> User Account Settings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

\u2192 In User Account Settings, you will see an option at the bottom: “User Account Activation Without Validation Config”. Enable this option and save it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2192 <\/strong>After enabling this feature, go to User Account Management -> Staff -> Insufficient Information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
