{"id":11058,"date":"2025-12-04T19:45:05","date_gmt":"2025-12-04T14:15:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/helpcenter.nexterp.in\/helpcenter\/?p=11058"},"modified":"2025-12-04T19:45:08","modified_gmt":"2025-12-04T14:15:08","slug":"how-can-i-activate-a-student-account-when-a-parent-account-already-exists","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/helpcenter.nexterp.in\/helpcenter\/how-can-i-activate-a-student-account-when-a-parent-account-already-exists\/","title":{"rendered":"How can I activate a student account when a parent account already exists?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 1:<\/strong> Log in as a parent using your<strong> parent credentials.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 2:<\/strong> Click on the profile icon and choose <strong>Manage Accounts.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 3:<\/strong> Navigate to the <strong>Student Accounts<\/strong> tab and select the child&#8217;s name.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 4:<\/strong> Verify the child\u2019s identity by entering their <strong>Date of Birth (DOB)<\/strong> as per school records.<br><strong>Note:<\/strong> If the DOB does not match school records, contact the school administrator with a valid ID proof to update it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 5:<\/strong> Set a new password and click <strong>Done<\/strong> to save the changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once completed, you can log in to the student\u2019s account using their <strong>Admission\/SR No.<\/strong> and the newly created password.
