This issue usually occurs due to one of the following reasons:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Pro-rata settings are enabled<\/strong>
    If the Pro-Rata option is set to \u201cGenerate dues from the installment from which the student has joined\u201d<\/strong>, and the installment cycle starts from June<\/strong>, the system may generate June fees even if the effective month is July.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Mismatch between effective date and fee allocation date<\/strong>
    If the transport assignment effective date is set to July 1<\/strong>, but the fee allocation or installment start date is June<\/strong>, the June fee will reflect on the student\u2019s fee collection page.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    If neither of the above applies, it may be due to a technical issue. In such cases, try reviewing and modifying the effective date and fee allocation settings accordingly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
