Before modifying the fee structure, ensure that no collections have been made<\/strong> or that all existing fee receipts are canceled<\/strong> for the tuition fee type. If no collections exist, you can proceed with the necessary changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To prevent discrepancies, it is recommended to temporarily lock fee collection<\/strong> until all modifications are completed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Locking Fee Collection<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

When the Fee Collection Lock<\/strong> is enabled, school-side users cannot collect fees, and parents will be unable to make online payments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 1:<\/strong> Navigate to Settings > Finance > Fee<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 2:<\/strong> Locate and click on Fee Collection<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 3:<\/strong> Go to General<\/strong> tab and find ‘Lock Fee Collection’<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 4:<\/strong> Enable<\/strong> it by clicking on the Toggle Button.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

To disable the Fee Collection Lock<\/strong> after required modifications, follow the same steps and toggle it off<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Modify Tuition Fee Amount\/Installments<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Step 1:<\/strong> Navigate to Settings > Finance > Fee <\/strong>and select Fee Structure<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 2:<\/strong> Choose <\/strong>the Class > Fee Category >Tuition Fee<\/strong> that needs modification<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 3:<\/strong> Expand the section<\/strong> by clicking the downward arrow<\/strong> next to Tuition Fee<\/strong>, then click Edit<\/strong> \"\" button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
