{"id":11329,"date":"2025-04-04T13:36:13","date_gmt":"2025-04-04T08:06:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/helpcenter.nexterp.in\/helpcenter\/?p=11329"},"modified":"2025-06-21T12:27:05","modified_gmt":"2025-06-21T06:57:05","slug":"how-can-i-collect-fee-using-qr-code-or-upi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/helpcenter.nexterp.in\/helpcenter\/how-can-i-collect-fee-using-qr-code-or-upi\/","title":{"rendered":"How can I collect fees using QR Code or UPI?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prerequisites<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The school must have either <strong>Razorpay<\/strong> or <strong>Atom<\/strong> as the payment gateway (PG).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>QR code payments<\/strong> must be enabled in the payment gateway.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If the <strong>QR Code<\/strong> feature is already enabled, follow the steps below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Steps to collect fees using QR Code\/UPI :<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Navigate to <strong>Finance &gt; Fee &gt; Collect Fee<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Search for the student whose fee needs to be collected.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proceed to Payment modes screen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Locate the <strong>\u2018QR Code\u2019<\/strong> option.
