You can update student class details in bulk by following these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Part 1: Downloading Existing Student Data<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Step 1:<\/strong> Navigate to Settings -> Administration -> School Setup<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 2:<\/strong> Click on Bulk Student\/Staff Upload<\/strong>, then select Student<\/strong> from the next screen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 3:<\/strong> Switch to the \u2018Update Students\u2019<\/strong> tab, select \u2018Student Basic\u2019<\/strong>, then click Next<\/strong> (bottom right corner).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 4:<\/strong> On the next screen, Select the specific class & section<\/strong> where changes are required OR choose \u2018All\u2019<\/strong>. Click Download<\/strong> to proceed with excel download.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Part 2: Modifying the Downloaded Excel File<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Step 5:<\/strong> Update the class and section details<\/strong> in the downloaded Excel file.

Step 6:<\/strong> Return to Bulk Student\/Staff Upload<\/strong> in NextOS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 7:<\/strong> Locate the Upload<\/strong> section and click \u2018Upload Drag and Drop Excel File Here (Or) Select a file to Upload\u2019<\/strong> to choose the updated file.

Part 4: Validating the Student Data<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Step 8:<\/strong> The system will automatically validate<\/strong> the file for formatting errors and data consistency with existing records in NextOS<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If there are invalid entries<\/strong>, download the separate error file<\/strong>, correct them, and re-upload<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 10:<\/strong> Click \u2018Update Students\u2019<\/strong> to proceed with the valid entries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
