Part 1: Create PEN as a Custom Field<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Part 2: Map the New Field to Student Forms<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Step 4:<\/strong> Navigate to Settings -> Student -> Student<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 5:<\/strong> Locate and Click on Student Form Editor<\/strong> to map the newly added custom field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 6<\/strong>: Choose the appropriate form to include the PEN field:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Add Student Form<\/strong> \u2013 Allows users to enter the PEN while adding a new student.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Student 360 Form<\/strong> \u2013 Displays and allows editing\/updating of PEN for existing students through student profile\/360.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Renewal Form<\/strong> \u2013 Collects PEN details during student\/parent renewal form submission.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
