Before proceeding, ensure that the Academic Session is defined<\/strong> and classes are mapped<\/strong> for the upcoming academic year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step-by-Step Configuration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Step 1:<\/strong> Navigate to Settings -> Student -> Admission<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 2: <\/strong>Click on Admission Process<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 3:<\/strong> Click on the Pencil<\/strong> \"\" icon to Edit<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 4:<\/strong> Toggle<\/strong> \"\"the button next to Enable Online Admission<\/strong> to activate the online admission feature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 5:<\/strong> Scroll down and toggle \"\" the button for the session name<\/strong> for which you want to enable online admission.

Step 6:<\/strong> By default, admission will be enabled for all available classes. You can disable it for specific classes if you do not wish to open admission for them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 7:<\/strong> Choose the Medium<\/strong> for each class.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Note:<\/strong> You can either save the settings at this point or continue updating additional important details.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Instructions & Terms & Conditions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Step 8:<\/strong> You can upload a PDF<\/strong> containing instructions that parents must follow before filling out the Enquiry Form<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 9: <\/strong>Enable Terms & Conditions<\/strong> and enter the required information. This will allow new applicants to refer to the terms before submitting their application form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 10:<\/strong> Enter a custom success message<\/strong> that will be shown to parents once they complete the enquiry process. If left blank, the default success message will be displayed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sibling Configuration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Step 11:<\/strong>  Enable the Sibling<\/strong> feature. This allows new applicants to select a sibling who is currently studying at the school.
Note:<\/strong> If the Sibling Concession<\/strong> setup is done, the student can automatically receive applicable concession benefits.<\/em><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
