Tap the <\/em><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"18\" height=\"18\" class=\"wp-image-11673\" style=\"width: 18px;\" src=\"https:\/\/helpcenter.nexterp.in\/helpcenter\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/NG-App-Edit-icon.jpg\" alt=\"\"><em> (pencil) icon to edit.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"text-transform:none\"><strong>Step 2: Request Admin Access<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Scroll down and locate the Admin Request banner. In case, you are unable to view the banner, please re-check the mapped role &amp; school in your profile.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tap on the <strong>Request to be an Admin<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>This request will be sent to the Next Education Support Team. Support team will validate your identity with the school and enable the access.
