  1. \u00a0Select a <\/span>Class<\/b> and <\/span>Subject<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Click the subject under which you wish to create the subject activity\/activities<\/span> (Ex. English).<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. \u00a0Click <\/span>Add Level<\/b>.
    \n\u00a0There are three steps by which the activity can be created:
    \n<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Name<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
      \n
    1. \u00a0Make it Mandatory<\/b>\u00a0as required (if the activity is marked as mandatory then it is compulsory to pass the activity).<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    2. Enter the Name<\/b>,\u00a0Short Name<\/b>\u00a0and\u00a0Sequence No. <\/b>of the activity.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    3. Enter Start Date<\/b>\u00a0and\u00a0End Date.<\/b>\u00a0Teachers can enter marks to this activity in between these days only. During these days, the mark entry page will be accessible for teachers to enter, update and delete the marks of that subject activity.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    4. Click Proceed<\/b>.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      \nScore\/Grade<\/strong><\/li>\n
    5. Enter Input Type<\/b> from the drop-down menu. If Marks<\/b> are selected from the drop-down menu, then it is necessary to provide Maximum Marks<\/b>.<\/li>\n
    6. Enter Grade System<\/b> from the drop-down menu.<\/li>\n
    7. Enter Cut Off<\/b> percentage.<\/li>\n
    8. Make it Distinction, <\/b>if required and enter Distinction Marks<\/b> also.<\/li>\n
    9. Click Proceed<\/b>.
      \nCalculations
      \n<\/strong>If you wish to group subject activities under this activity, click Add <\/b>or click Finish.<\/b><\/li>\n
    10. \u00a0Select a Calculation Logic (Sum<\/b> or Average<\/b>) for the rubrics under the subject activity.
      \n<\/span>NOTE:<\/b><\/span>
      \n<\/b>Under Advanced Settings, you can configure the number of the best scores to be considered from the rubrics linked to the subject activity.<\/span><\/li>\n
    11. Select the subject activities that you want to group under this activity.<\/span><\/li>\n
    12. Select the checkbox against the subject activity to make it <\/span>Mandatory to Pass<\/b>. <\/span><\/b><\/li>\n
    13. Click \"\"\u00a0<\/span> if you want to add rubrics to the subject activity.\n
