Student activation<\/strong> is a mandatory step to ensure seamless access to course resources on the student portal. Without activation,<\/strong> students cannot access learning materials, lab sessions, and assignments available through Next Lab, which are designed to enhance their learning experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\nNextGurukul provides multiple methods for student activation, and this is one of the available options.<\/p>\n\n\n\nIn this approach, an Admin can directly activates students access, If:\u2705 Students are already added to Next Gurukul <\/strong>(either by self-registration or admin).<\/em>\u2705 Their activation code\/lab handbook<\/strong> are available with the school.<\/p>\n\n\n\nFor details on adding students, refer to:How can I add students in the Next Gurukul?<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\nStudent Activation<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n\nNavigate to School Workspace > Student Activation > Tap on Pending under Students Activated.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\nOn the next screen, you can see the classwise split up of the student count and the activation count. Choose the class you want to work with & Tap View<\/strong> link for that class<\/li>\n\n\n\nThe next screen shows you the student list for the selected class. You can also use filters to see the activation status for each student, By default Pending<\/strong> filter is applied.<\/li>\n\n\n\nTap Activate Now<\/strong> for a student. \n\nIf you are using the Next Gurukul mobile app,<\/strong> the system will automatically launch the QR code scanner<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\nIf you are using the web version<\/strong>, you will be prompted to manually enter<\/strong> the activation code.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\nScan or Enter the activation code for the student from their lab handbook<\/strong>.
