{"id":12183,"date":"2025-05-31T19:42:38","date_gmt":"2025-05-31T14:12:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/helpcenter.nexterp.in\/helpcenter\/?p=12183"},"modified":"2025-05-31T19:42:40","modified_gmt":"2025-05-31T14:12:40","slug":"how-can-a-teacher-manage-students-in-next-gurukul","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/helpcenter.nexterp.in\/helpcenter\/how-can-a-teacher-manage-students-in-next-gurukul\/","title":{"rendered":"How can a teacher manage students in Next Gurukul?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>As part of Next Gurukul&#8217;s commitment to supporting schools in achieving academic excellence, <strong>Teachers<\/strong> are now provided with <strong>student management access for their assigned classes<\/strong>, offering extended support to School Admins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>How to Access?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Navigate to <strong>Curriculum<\/strong> &gt; Select a Course &gt; Tap on Manage Students<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What can Teachers do with this Access?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>View &amp; Manage Students<\/strong> &#8211; On the landing page, you will see all the enrolled students for the selected class and course. \n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tap on a student&#8217;s name to view or update their details. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use the <strong>Search <\/strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"25\" height=\"27\" class=\"wp-image-12185\" style=\"width: 25px;\" src=\"https:\/\/helpcenter.nexterp.in\/helpcenter\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/Search-button.jpg\" alt=\"\"> option to quickly find a specific student from the list.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Reset Student password<\/strong> &#8211; You can use <strong>reset<\/strong> password link available in student profile to update student password for whom it is not created yet. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Download login info<\/strong> &#8211; Tap on a student&#8217;s name to <strong>view or update their details<\/strong>. Use the <strong>Search<\/strong> option to quickly find a specific student from the list.<br>Note: Passwords that students have set themselves will <strong>not be included<\/strong> in the downloaded report.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>View Lab Access Code<\/strong> &#8211; Tap on the <strong>view<\/strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"30\" height=\"25\" class=\"wp-image-12187\" style=\"width: 30px;\" src=\"https:\/\/helpcenter.nexterp.in\/helpcenter\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/Eye-icon-to-view-lab-access-code.png\" alt=\"\"><strong> icon<\/strong> to view the Lab Access Code for each student. These codes are required for students to access lab sessions in the computer lab.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Student Lab Activation<\/strong> &#8211; Tap on the <strong>diary <\/strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"25\" height=\"26\" class=\"wp-image-12186\" style=\"width: 25px;\" src=\"https:\/\/helpcenter.nexterp.in\/helpcenter\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/Activation-symbol.jpg\" alt=\"\"><strong> icon<\/strong> to see the list of students with pending lab activation. Activation is <strong>mandatory<\/strong> for enabling access to course content.
