To display the Principal\u2019s signature on the Student ID card, ensure the designated staff member is assigned the Principal role<\/strong> and their digital signature<\/strong> is uploaded. The process involves two main parts:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Part 1<\/strong> : Assign the Principal Role & Upload Signature<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  1. Navigate to Staff > Staff List and Reports > Staff List<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Search and select the staff member who should be assigned as Principal<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Open their 360\u00b0 Profile, then go to the Employment<\/strong> tab<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Click the pencil icon<\/strong> (edit) on the right side<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. In the Role<\/strong> field, select Principal<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Locate the Upload Signature<\/strong> button and upload the principal’s digital signature<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Click Save<\/strong> to apply the changes<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Part 2<\/strong>: Map Principal Signature to the Student ID Card<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    This step should only be performed by users familiar with the Visual Editor tool<\/strong>. Incorrect changes may impact layout or data mapping in the final output.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Navigate to Settings > Student > Student > Student ID Card<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Click the three-dot menu (\u22ee)<\/strong> and select Edit Template<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Go to the Assets<\/strong> tab and filter by Signature<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. In the editor, click<\/strong> the area<\/strong> where you want to place the signature<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Click the \u201c+\u201d button<\/strong> next to principal’s name to add the signature key<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    6. Click Save<\/strong> to apply the changes<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    7. Generate a new ID card to reflect the Principal\u2019s signature<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
