The Follow-up feature allows admission in-charges to log and monitor interactions with prospective students at different stages of the admission journey, such as Enquiry, Application, or Registration. This helps in efficiently managing communication and tracking conversion efforts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Steps to add a follow-up:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Navigate to Student > Admission > Manage Admission<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Select the relevant step – Enquiry, Application, Registration, Evaluation,<\/em> or Confirmation<\/em> based on the student’s current stage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Search and select the student.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Click on the Follow-up<\/strong> option.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Click Create to add a new follow-up entry.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Enter the Next Follow-up Date, choose the Current Status, and add any Remarks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Click Save<\/strong> to record the follow-up.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    This ensures all admission-related interactions are properly documented and follow-ups are not missed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
