  1. Navigate to Student > Admission > Manage Admission<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Select the relevant step – Enquiry, Application, Registration, Evaluation,<\/em> or Confirmation<\/em> based on the student’s current stage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. At the top, click on the Next Follow-up Date<\/strong> and choose today\u2019s date or any future date to view all scheduled follow-ups.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Locate the student and click View Remarks<\/strong> to see all previous follow-up notes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. To update the follow-up from this page:\n

    • Click the \"\" (plus)<\/strong> icon.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Enter the new status<\/strong>, next follow-up date<\/strong>, and any remarks<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Click Save<\/strong> to record the update.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Tip:<\/strong> You can also use the Admission Follow-up Report<\/em> for an Excel <\/em>friendly <\/em>export of all follow-up data. This is useful for reviews and offline analysis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
