{"id":12682,"date":"2025-05-31T19:43:14","date_gmt":"2025-05-31T14:13:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/helpcenter.nexterp.in\/helpcenter\/?p=12682"},"modified":"2025-05-31T19:43:16","modified_gmt":"2025-05-31T14:13:16","slug":"how-can-a-teacher-approves-the-student-access-in-nextgurukul","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/helpcenter.nexterp.in\/helpcenter\/how-can-a-teacher-approves-the-student-access-in-nextgurukul\/","title":{"rendered":"How can a teacher approve student content access in NextGurukul?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Enrolling Students Using Activation Code<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If a student has already signed up using a parent&#8217;s contact information and activated the code printed on their lab handbook, you can enroll them by simply scanning the same activation code.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Steps to Enroll:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Navigate to: Curriculum > Select a Course > Manage Students > Admit with Activation Code.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>On the Next Gurukul mobile app<\/strong>: The QR code scanner will launch automatically.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>On the web version<\/strong>: You will be prompted to manually enter the activation code.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Scan or enter the activation code from the student&#8217;s lab handbook.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The app will display the <strong>Student Name<\/strong> and <strong>Class<\/strong> linked to the activation code.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verify the student\u2019s details, select the appropriate section, and tap <strong>Admit<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Repeat the above steps to enroll additional students.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong><br>If a student has not yet activated their code, you can still scan and assign them to a section provided you know which student the code belongs to.
