Ensure that the Ad Hoc Fee<\/strong> is configured in Fee Settings<\/strong> with a random amount.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Navigate to Finance > Fee > Collect Fee<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Search and select the student for whom you want to collect the ad hoc fee.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. On the collection screen, click the (+) icon<\/strong> to add an ad hoc fee.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Select the configured ad hoc fee and click on Add.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. The selected fee type with its pre-configured amount will appear. You may adjust the amount<\/strong> as needed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Click Proceed<\/strong> to continue with the collection process.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Note:<\/strong> Ad Hoc fee amounts are editable and can only be modified at the time of fee collection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
