The Fee Bulk Upload feature allows accountants to record and upload fee collections for multiple students at once – up to 3000 entries in a single upload.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
How to Use It:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
1. Access the Bulk Upload Section<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
\n
Go to: Finance > Fee > Collect Fee<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
Click the Bulk Upload icon in the top-right corner.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
2. Choose a Template (Pre-defined excel format) <\/h3>\n\n\n\n
Select from the following templates based on your requirement:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Template – A<\/strong> : For uploading multiple installments under a single receipt. (Comes as a blank template-cells)<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\nTemplate A<\/strong><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\n
Template – B<\/strong> : For capturing individual installment payments in a single receipt. (Comes with pre-filled student and due amount data based on selected class and installment)<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\nTemplate B<\/strong><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\n
Template – C<\/strong> : Flexible template that auto-maps the received amount to pending installments and fee types, starting with the oldest dues. (Best when you only know the amount received, not the exact dues)<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\nTemplate C<\/strong><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
3. Select Filters & Download File:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
\n
Session:<\/strong> Defaults to the currently active session.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Class:<\/strong> Select one or more classes as needed. Tip: Select all classes if you want to upload collection in order based on receipt numbers.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
Installments:<\/strong> Choose one or more as needed. (For Template A, you can select multiple to include in one receipt.)<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
Adhoc Fee:<\/strong> Choose one or more as needed. (For Template A, you can select multiple to include in one receipt.)<\/em> Note:<\/strong> Filters are not applicable for Template C.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
Click Download to get the Excel template.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
4. Prepare the Excel File<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Fill in all required fields for the relevant month\u2019s collections. Tip: <\/strong>Use the date format <\/em>DD-MM-YYYY<\/strong> for both Payment and Collection dates.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
5. Upload & Validate the Excel File<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
\n
Upload the filled Excel file from the same page.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
The system will validate the file and display:\n
\n
Valid entries \u2013 Auto-uploaded into the system.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Invalid entries \u2013 Download the error file, fix the issues, and re-upload.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
This completes the bulk fee collection upload and updates student records accordingly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
