- Navigate to Student > Student Transport > Assign Transport Service<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Click the Bulk Upload<\/strong> icon at the top-right corner.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- On the next screen, click Download Template<\/strong> and choose from the following options:\n

- With Data: Excel file pre-filled with existing student-route mappings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Without Data: A blank Excel file with only the required fields. (Routes selection won’t be available)<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- (Optional) Select specific routes if you want to filter the template download by route. Otherwise, proceed with All.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Click Download<\/strong> to get the Excel template.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

<\/figure>\n\n\n\n2. Prepare the Excel Sheet :<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
Fill in the transport service details for each student:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

- Admission Number (Mandatory)<\/em>: Used to identify and assign services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Student Name(Mandatory)<\/em> : Used to map correct student.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Pickup Service: Enter the route and service number in this format – R1 S1<\/strong>
(R1 = Route 1, S1 = Service\/Trip 1 in that route)<\/em>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n- Pickup Stoppage: Mention the exact stop name listed in the selected pickup route.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Drop Service: Enter the same as per pickup or different service number if applicable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Drop Stoppage: Provide the corresponding drop stoppage name if available in the selected route.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Effective From Date: The date from which the transport service becomes active.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Note<\/strong>:\n

- If Pro-rata is enabled for transport fees, the fee will be mapped based on the Effective From Date<\/em>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- If Pro-rata is not enabled, you will need to manually update the services and map the installments after the bulk upload.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Save the Excel file once the data is entered.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
3. Upload the <\/strong>Excel Sheet :<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

- Return to Student > Student Transport > Assign Transport Service<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Click the Bulk Upload<\/strong> icon again.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Use the Upload section to select and upload the prepared Excel file.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Click Upload<\/strong>.\n
- \n
- All valid entries<\/strong> will be successfully uploaded.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Any invalid entries<\/strong> will be flagged for correction and can be re-uploaded after fixing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
