Only original collection receipts are shown &#8211; reallocations are excluded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to Access:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Go to <strong>Finance > Fee > Fee Reports<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on <strong>(1.1) Fee Collection Report<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Filter Options:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>All filters are pre-filled and can be modified, Some important filters are :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Collection Type<\/strong>:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Normal (default): Active receipts only; excludes cancellations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gross: Shows all receipts (active + cancelled) by collection date.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gross-Net: Shows all receipts, including cancelled ones for two times &#8211; One for  collection date with positive value &amp; Second for cancellation date with negative values.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Date Range: Defaults to today; can be set as required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Fee Category<\/strong>: Select the <strong>specific category<\/strong> for which you need collection details, and click <strong>Apply<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>After the report is generated, the first page will show the total collected amount by payment modes.
