Editing the Fee Receipt Template should only be done if you’re familiar with the Visual Editor tool. Incorrect changes can disrupt<\/strong> the layout or break data mapping on the final receipt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can complete this in two parts:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Part 1: Copy Source Code from Previous Academic Session<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  1. Switch to the previous academic session.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Navigate to: Settings > Finance > Fee > Fee Receipt Template<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Click the three dots next to the existing template and select Edit Fee Receipt.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. In the editor, click Source<\/strong>, then press Ctrl + A to select all and Copy<\/strong> the source code.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Part 2: Paste Source Code into Target Academic Session<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    1. Switch to the target academic session<\/strong> (current or upcoming).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Go to: Settings > Finance > Fee > Fee Receipt Template<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. If a receipt doesn’t exist, add a new one.<\/strong> Otherwise, click the three dots and select Edit Fee Receipt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Click Source and paste the copied code<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Click Save<\/strong> to apply the changes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
