This is possible only if the Student Wallet feature is enabled in the system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Part 1: Enable Student Wallet<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Go to Settings &gt; Finance &gt; Fee<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on Fee Collection<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Under the Global tab, enable the toggle for <strong>Student Wallet<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Set up auto-numbering for <strong>Wallet Recharge &amp; Withdrawal<\/strong>:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Settings &gt; Finance &gt; Fee &gt; Fee Autonumbering Sequence<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"262\" src=\"https:\/\/helpcenter.nexterp.in\/helpcenter\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/Enabling-student-wallet-1024x262.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-13232\" srcset=\"https:\/\/helpcenter.nexterp.in\/helpcenter\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/Enabling-student-wallet-1024x262.png 1024w, https:\/\/helpcenter.nexterp.in\/helpcenter\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/Enabling-student-wallet-300x77.png 300w, https:\/\/helpcenter.nexterp.in\/helpcenter\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/Enabling-student-wallet-768x196.png 768w, https:\/\/helpcenter.nexterp.in\/helpcenter\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/Enabling-student-wallet-1536x392.png 1536w, https:\/\/helpcenter.nexterp.in\/helpcenter\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/Enabling-student-wallet-1200x306.png 1200w, https:\/\/helpcenter.nexterp.in\/helpcenter\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/Enabling-student-wallet.png 1813w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 709px) 85vw, (max-width: 909px) 67vw, (max-width: 1362px) 62vw, 840px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Part 2 : Recharge the Student Wallet<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Once enabled, the accountant can add money to a student&#8217;s wallet:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Go to <strong>Finance &gt; Fee &gt; Collect Fee<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Search and select the student.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on the <strong>Student Wallet<\/strong> tab at the top.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Choose <strong>Add Money<\/strong>, enter the amount paid by the parent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>Recharge<\/strong> and select the mode of payment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click Confirm, A fee receipt will be generated for parent reference.
