Before proceeding, ensure that the Paid Fee Certificate autonumbering<\/strong> and template<\/strong> are configured for your branch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Go to Finance > Fee > Download Fee Certificate.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Select the Paid Fee Certificate tab and click on Certificate Builder.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. In the builder, apply the required filters:\n
      \n
    • Academic Session: Select the session for which you want to generate the certificate (e.g., 2025\u201326).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Class\/Section: Select a specific class and section, or leave it as \u201cAll\u201d. You can also search directly by student name or admission number.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Includes Payments based on: Choose how the system should consider payments:\n
        \n
      • All Payments for the Session – includes every payment made during the selected academic session.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Within a Date Range – enter specific dates if you want to limit it to a time frame.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Display in Certificate: Decide how the academic session should display in the certificate – Academic Session Only<\/em>, Date Range Only<\/em>, Both Academic Session & Date Range<\/em>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Fee Type: Select the type of fee for which the certificate is being issued (e.g., Tuition Fee<\/em>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Generate For:<\/strong> Choose the correct receipient for whom the certificate should be addressed -From Father<\/em>, Mother<\/em>, or Both<\/em>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Remarks: Enter the purpose of the certificate (e.g., \u201cIncome Tax Proof Submission\u201d). This appears on the certificate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Click Submit<\/strong> to view the student list.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • On the next screen:\n

        • Click Generate<\/strong> to create the certificate for an individual student.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Or select multiple students, and click Generate All<\/strong> to bulk-generate certificates for the filtered list.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Click the \"\" timer icon<\/strong> to view generation history and download certificates in PDF format.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
