If attendance was not recorded in the Attendance module, you can manually create commentary remarks<\/strong> to display attendance data on the report card.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 1: Create remark types for attendance<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  1. Navigate to Settings > Student > Examination<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Select Commentary Remark Types<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Click the Add (+)<\/strong> icon in the top-right corner.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. In the Remark Type<\/strong> field, enter Working Days<\/strong> and click Create<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Repeat the same process to create another remark type named Present Days<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Step 2: Enter attendance remarks for students<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    1. Navigate to Student > Examination > Commentary Remarks<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Choose the appropriate Class<\/strong> and Section<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. From the Remark Type<\/strong> dropdown, select Working Days<\/strong> or Present Days<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Enter the corresponding values for each student.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Click Save<\/strong> to store your entries.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Step 3: Display on the report card<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      To display these attendance details on the report card, please contact our support team via toll-free number 1800-200-5566<\/strong> or email support@nexteducation.in<\/a><\/strong>, and request an update to the report card configuration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
