You can generate a detailed performance report for a student across academic years through the Examination module.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Steps to generate the Academic Performance Report:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  1. Navigate to Student > Examination > Examination Reports<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Select Academic Performance Report<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. In the report view, ensure the Student Performance<\/strong> option is selected (it appears by default).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Choose the required Academic Session<\/strong>.
    Note: Select multiple sessions for year on year performance comparision.<\/em> <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Search for the student by Name<\/strong> or Admission Number<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Select the desired Subject<\/strong> to view individual subject performance details.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. The student\u2019s performance for the selected subjects & academic session’s will be displayed on the screen.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Tip:<\/strong> Use this report to compare a student\u2019s progress across multiple sessions or subjects for performance analysis and record keeping.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
