Although access are generally shared across roles, you can specifically restrict subject teachers from entering marks by adjusting role permissions to hide the marks entry option<\/strong> for their role.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Steps to adjust roles <\/strong>& permission<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Go to\u00a0Settings > Administration > School Setup > Roles & Permissions<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Use the\u00a0Search Bar<\/strong>\u00a0to find the\u00a0Subject Teacher<\/strong>\u00a0role.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Select the\u00a0Examination Module<\/strong>\u00a0for that role.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Under\u00a0Transactions<\/strong>, locate the\u00a0Mark Entry<\/strong>\u00a0option.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Uncheck<\/strong>\u00a0the\u00a0Mark Entry<\/strong>\u00a0permission to disable the option of marks entry for subject teachers.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    This will hide the marks entry option from subject teachers, preventing them from entering marks, while class teachers will retain their access as per their assigned permissions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
