To view the topper students for each class, ensure that rank configuration and report card publishing is completed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 1: Configure Class Ranking<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  1. Navigate to Settings > Student > Examination > Rank Configuration<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Select the desired\u00a0Class.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Configure ranking for Assessment\/Term\/Yearly Ranking<\/strong> by selecting Rank Based On<\/strong> (marks or percentage).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Click Save<\/strong> to apply the ranking settings.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Step 2: Publish Report Cards with Ranking<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    1. Go to Student > Examination > Report Card Publish<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Select the\u00a0Class, and publish all the the Sections<\/strong> report cards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Enable\u00a0Class-Wise Analysis<\/strong>\u00a0to include rank details.
      Tip :<\/strong> This selection will allows you to include Class level ranks, highest & lowest, and average at assessment, subject & term ranking.)<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Finally,\u00a0Regenerate<\/strong> to all the published report cards.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Step 3: View or Download Class Topper Report<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
        \n
      1. Navigate to Student > Examination > Examination Report > Class Topper Report<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Apply the necessary filters (such as class, section, session).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. Click Submit<\/strong> to generate the report.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      4. Download report in excel or view the list of topper students for each class.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
