It helps accountants easily track fee status and manage follow-ups.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Steps to Access the Report:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Go to&nbsp;<strong>Finance &gt; Fee &gt; Fee Reports<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on&nbsp;<strong>1.10 Fee Summary Report<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Filter Exaplaination :<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All filters are pre-filled by default but can be modified as needed based on session, class, section, and other criteria.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Report Format : <\/strong>You can choose either of the format.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Studentwise &#8211; Displays detailed fee information (Billed, Paid, Due, and Fine) per student. You can also include receipt numbers, payment dates, and concessions using additional filters.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Class\/Section wise &#8211; Shows a summarized view of net receivables, received amounts, refunds, concessions, and fines at the class\/section level.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>Submit<\/strong> to generate the report.
