There are two ways<\/strong> to correct a mistakenly promoted student\u2019s class:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Method 1: Edit the Class from the Promoted Academic Year<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  1. Switch to the new academic session, <\/strong>In which student was promoted to.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Go to: Student > Student List and Report > Student List<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Search for the student and click on the student’s name<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Go to the Student<\/strong> tab and click Edit<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. In the Academic Details<\/strong> section, update the Class<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Click Save<\/strong> to apply the changes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Note: You can change the class until Fee collection is not done in the promoted class.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Method 2: Undo the Promotion and Re-promote<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    1. Navigate to: Student > Student Services > Student Promotion Process<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Go to the Promoted<\/strong> tab.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Search and select the student<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Click on Undo Promotion \/ Detention<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Once undone, you can re-initiate the promotion process<\/strong> and assign the student to the correct class.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
