Student\u2019s details can be filled in excel sheets and then uploaded to the system. First, the template (excel sheet) will be downloaded and the data of the students can be filled in the downloaded excel sheet and then uploaded.<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Click <\/span>\"\"<\/span>\u00a0to the right top corner of the page.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Click the checkcircles against the template. In <\/span>Student Advanced <\/b>template, custom fields can also be selected and added, click <\/span>Select, <\/b>select the fields and click <\/span>Save<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Click <\/span>DOWNLOAD WITH DATA<\/b> or <\/span>DOWNLOAD WITHOUT DATA<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Select <\/span>Class<\/b> and <\/span>Section<\/b>, if Download with data is selected.<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Click <\/span>Download<\/b>.
    \n<\/span>NOTE<\/strong><\/span>:
    \nIf <\/span>DOWNLOAD WITH DATA<\/b> is selected, an excel sheet with students details will be downloaded.
    \n<\/span>If <\/span>DOWNLOAD WITHOUT DATA <\/b>is selected, a blank excel sheet with required fields as columns will be downloaded.<\/span><\/li>\n
  6. Select the file type on the top of the page in which the file can be uploaded.<\/span><\/li>\n
  7. Click <\/span>\"\"<\/span>\u00a0or <\/span>Browse<\/b> to upload the file.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
