Number series for various certificates like Bonafide, Character, Transfer etc can be defined for the students. Series can be created to define the number series to certificates for the students.<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Click <\/span>\"\"<\/span>\u00a0to add the new series.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Enter <\/span>Series Name.<\/b><\/li>\n
  3. Enter <\/span>Prefix <\/b>and<\/span> Suffix <\/b>to the series<\/span>.\u00a0<\/b><\/li>\n
  4. Enter the <\/span>Starting Number <\/b>(the number from which the series will start).<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Select the certificate <\/span>type<\/b> from the drop-down menu.<\/span><\/li>\n
  6. Select any of the option from <\/span>Current<\/b> and <\/span>All Sessions. <\/b>By clicking on the All Sessions option, the series will be applied for all academic sessions.<\/span><\/li>\n
  7. Click <\/span>Create<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The autonumbering series will be created.<\/span><\/p>\n
