If the grading scale was wrongly assigned in Exam Hierarchy, you can easily update it using the Exam Hierarchy Validator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Steps to update the grading system:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  1. Navigate to\u00a0Settings > Student > Examination > Exam Hierarchy Validator<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Select the\u00a0Class, and Term<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Click on down arrow to expand Term, Assessment, Subjects, and Activity where the grading system needs to be changed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Use the\u00a0Grade System<\/strong>\u00a0dropdown to select the correct grading system.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Click on Save <\/strong>button to apply\u00a0your changes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Tip:
    <\/strong>Use this process to validate the structure and correct the grading system or other mistakes before proceeding for marks entry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Note:<\/strong>
    If marks have already been entered for the subject, activity, or rubric, you must delete the existing marks before changing the grading scale.
