{"id":13442,"date":"2025-10-28T12:52:30","date_gmt":"2025-10-28T07:22:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/helpcenter.nexterp.in\/helpcenter\/?p=13442"},"modified":"2026-01-13T13:26:53","modified_gmt":"2026-01-13T07:56:53","slug":"how-can-i-enter-marks-or-grade-from-the-nextos-mobile-app","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/helpcenter.nexterp.in\/helpcenter\/how-can-i-enter-marks-or-grade-from-the-nextos-mobile-app\/","title":{"rendered":"How can I enter marks or grades from the NextOS mobile app?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Video Tutorial :<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video controls src=\"https:\/\/helpcenter.nexterp.in\/helpcenter\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/B125-10_How-can-I-enter-marks-using-the-mobile-app.m4v\"><\/video><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Staff can <strong>quickly and easily<\/strong> enter marks or grades using the NextOS mobile app by following these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Log in<\/strong> with your staff credentials.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Go to <strong>School Hub &gt; Examination &gt; Mark Entry<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Select Parameters:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Class &amp; Section<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Term<\/strong> (e.g., Term 1, Term 2)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Assessment Type<\/strong> (e.g., Periodic Test, Notebook, Half Yearly)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Subject<\/strong> and <strong>Activity<\/strong> (e.g., Pen &amp; Paper Test, Project Work, Theory, Practical)<br><em>Note: These filter displays if the exam structure for selected terms is defined by school admin\/exam coordinator.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tap <strong>Submit<\/strong> to open the mark entry page.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>&nbsp;Entering Marks \/ Grades :<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A list of students will appear \u2014 tap <strong>Edit<\/strong> at the bottom.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Now students\u2019 names will appear in a slider view.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter marks\/grades for each student.
