Roll Numbers can be generated for the students. Students can be sorted in various ways; alphabetical order, Date of Joining, Admission No., Age.<\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Click the <\/span>\"\"<\/span>\u00a0on the top of the page.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Enter a name for the series in <\/span>Setting Name <\/b>field<\/span>.<\/b><\/li>\n
  3. Click <\/span>Save & Next.
    \n<\/b>There are three steps to generate the roll number for the students.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Formal Settings<\/b><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Enter <\/span>Start No., <\/b>from which the number series needs to be started.<\/span><\/li>\n
    2. Select the suitable options from <\/span>Class<\/b>, <\/span>Section<\/b> and <\/span>Number of<\/b> text fields <\/b>to be included on Roll No. format. Specify the number of text fields from the drop-down menu, as required.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
    3. Select <\/span>Divider <\/b>from the drop-down menu<\/span>.<\/b><\/li>\n
    4. Click <\/span>Save & Next<\/b>.
      \nNOTE<\/strong><\/span>:
      \nDrag and drop the elements selected in the formal settings to fix the order in which you want to appear on the Roll No format.
      \n<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Sort Students<\/b><\/p>\n

        \n
      1. Select the <\/span>Name<\/b> from the drop-down menu in the alphabetically field.<\/span><\/li>\n
      2. Select the order for the names in the alphabetically field (A to Z or Z to A).<\/span><\/li>\n
      3. Select the order for <\/span>Date of Joining<\/b> (Newest to Oldest or Oldest to Newest).<\/span><\/li>\n
      4. Select the order for <\/span>Admission No<\/b>. (Increasing or Decreasing).<\/span><\/li>\n
      5. Select the order for <\/span>Age <\/b>(Increasing or Decreasing).<\/span><\/li>\n
      6. Turn on the toggle to sort the arrangement on the basis of <\/span>Male<\/b>, <\/span>Female<\/b> and <\/span>Others.
        \nNOTE<\/span>:
        \nArrangement of the orders of the fields can be rearranged by drag and drop of the cards.<\/span>

      7. Click <\/span>Save&Next<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Map Classes<\/b><\/p>\n

          \n
        1. Select <\/span>Class-sections <\/b>from the list provided.<\/span><\/li>\n
        2. Click <\/span>Review, <\/b>the list with the Student’s Name, Gender, Date of Joining, Date of Birth and Roll number series will be displayed.<\/span><\/li>\n
        3. Click <\/span>\"\"<\/span>\u00a0to edit the roll number. The pop-up window will appear to edit the roll number of the student from the drop-down menu.<\/span><\/li>\n
        4. Click <\/span>Generate <\/b>to generate the roll number series for the students.<\/span><\/li>\n
        5. Click <\/span>Save.

          Roll numbers will be generated for the students.<\/p>\n
