You can add the principal\u2019s signature directly within the Report Card Builder<\/strong> as part of the template design.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Navigation to Settings > Student > Examination > Report Card Builder<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Open the Report Card Builder<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Click View<\/strong> next to the report card design where you want the principal\u2019s signature added.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. In the design layout, place your cursor in the area where the signature should appear (usually in the footer).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. In the Component<\/strong> panel, go to the Footer<\/strong> tab.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Click the \u2018+\u2019<\/strong> icon next to Principal Signature<\/strong> to insert it into the layout.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Click Submit<\/strong> to save the changes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Publish the updated report card template.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Once published, the principal\u2019s signature will automatically appear on all generated report cards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Important:<\/strong>
    Ensure that the principal\u2019s role is assigned and their signature is uploaded in the Staff<\/strong> records; otherwise, the signature will not display.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
