The class teacher\u2019s signature can be added through the Report Card Builder<\/strong> as part of the report card design process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Navigate to :<\/strong> Settings > Student > Examination > Report Card Builder<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Go to the Report Card Builder<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Click View next to the report card design where you want to include the class teacher\u2019s signature.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. In the design layout, place your cursor in the area where the signature should appear (typically in the footer).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. In the Component<\/strong> section, choose the “Footer”<\/strong> tab.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Click the \u2018+\u2019<\/strong> icon next to Class Teacher Signature<\/strong> to insert it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Click Submit<\/strong> to save the changes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Once report card is published, the class teacher\u2019s signature will automatically appear on newly generated report cards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Important:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • The class teacher\u2019s role must be assigned and their signature should be uploaded in the Staff<\/strong> records.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • The class teacher must be mapped to the correct Class<\/strong> and Section<\/strong> for the signature to display correctly.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
