This is very useful for future analysis and improvement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">To update Follow-up with a sub-status:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Navigate to <strong>Student &gt; Admission &gt; Manage Admission<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the relevant admission step &#8211; <em>Enquiry, Application, Registration, Evaluation,<\/em> or <em>Confirmation<\/em> based on the student&#8217;s current stage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Search and select the student.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on<strong> Follow-up<\/strong> and then Create.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Choose the Next Follow-up Date.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Set Current Status to <strong>Not Interested.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select a predefined sub-status (e.g., Chose Other School, Fee Not Affordable, etc.).<br><em><strong>Note: <\/strong>Sub-statuses must be created in the Admission Settings before use.
