Adding a sub-status under “Not Interested<\/strong>” helps the school categorize common reasons for dropouts or declined admissions. This is very useful for future analysis and improvement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To update Follow-up with a sub-status:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  1. Navigate to Student > Admission > Manage Admission<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Select the relevant admission step – Enquiry, Application, Registration, Evaluation,<\/em> or Confirmation<\/em> based on the student’s current stage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Search and select the student.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Click on Follow-up<\/strong> and then Create.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Choose the Next Follow-up Date.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Set Current Status to Not Interested.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Select a predefined sub-status (e.g., Chose Other School, Fee Not Affordable, etc.).
    Note: <\/strong>Sub-statuses must be created in the Admission Settings before use. Refer to the next section for step-by-step instructions.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Add any remarks and click Save.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    1. Go to Settings > Student > Admission > Admission Custom Value List<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Select Followup Substatus<\/strong> from the dropdown.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Click the \"\" (plus) icon.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Enter your desired sub-status (e.g., Chose Other School, Fee Not Affordable, etc.) and click Save<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Repeat to add more options as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
