\u26a0\ufe0f Important: Edit the fee receipt template only if you are familiar with the Visual\/HTML editor. Incorrect changes may affect the layout or data mapping.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This process can be completed in two parts :<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Part 1 : Copy Template Source Code from Previous Session<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  1. Switch to the previous academic year<\/strong> whose fee receipt format you want to copy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Navigate to Settings > Finance > Fee > Fee Receipt Template<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Click on the three dots<\/strong> next to the fee receipt and select Edit Fee Receipt<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Click on Source<\/strong> (top-left corner of the editor) and copy the complete source code<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Part 1 : Paster the Template Source Code to Current Session<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    1. Switch back to the current academic year<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Go to Settings > Finance > Fee > Fee Receipt Template<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Click on the three dots<\/strong> next to the fee receipt and select Edit Fee Receipt<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Open Source<\/strong>, paste the copied code<\/strong>, and click Save<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      The current academic year fee receipt will now follow the same design and format as last year\u2019s template.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
