do I configure exams such as Quarterly or Monthly tests?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Follow the steps below to configure the complete Exam Hierarchy for a periodic test:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Log in to your <strong>NextOS<\/strong> account using <strong>School Admin<\/strong> or <strong>Exam Coordinator<\/strong> credentials.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Navigate to <strong>Settings &gt; Student &gt; Examination<\/strong>, open <strong>Exam Hierarchy<\/strong>.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Select the <strong>Class<\/strong>, then click the <strong>\u201c+\u201d<\/strong> button under <strong>Assessment<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter the Assessment Name (e.g., Quarterly or Monthly).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Set the <strong>Sequence<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Choose the appropriate <strong>Grading Scale<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>Proceed<\/strong>, then <strong>Finish<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Importing the subjects to an assessment\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click the <strong>three dots (\ufe19)<\/strong> and select <strong>Import Subject<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the subjects you want to include.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Untick any subjects you want to exclude from the report card.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>Proceed<\/strong> to complete the import.<br><strong>Tip :<\/strong> <em>You need to define the subject activities to open the marks\/grade entry<\/em>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Configure subjects sctivities\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Select a <strong>Subject<\/strong>, Click on Add Activity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Set the <strong>Input Type<\/strong> to <strong>Mark<\/strong> or <strong>Grade<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the appropriate <strong>Grading Scale<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter the <strong>Activity Name<\/strong>, Give the Sequence.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter the <strong>Maximum Marks<\/strong>, Save the configuration.<br>Repeat this process for each subject individually.<br><strong>Tip
