You can use the Examination Replicator<\/strong> to quickly copy exam settings from an earlier session to the current one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Log in to your NextOS<\/strong> account using your School Admin<\/strong> credentials.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Navigate to Transaction > Student > Examination > Examination Replicator<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Select Branch<\/strong> as \u201cMy Branch\u201d<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Choose the Academic Session<\/strong> (select the previous<\/em> academic year as the source).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Select the Source Class<\/strong> whose exam configuration you want to replicate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. In Replicate To<\/strong>, choose the Destination Class<\/strong> in the current<\/em> academic session.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Select the Terms<\/strong> for both sessions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Click Replicate<\/strong> to complete the process.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    This will copy the subjects, exam structure, assessments, and related settings from the previous session to the current one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
