You can set up a unique grading scale for pre-primary classes using the Grade System configuration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  1. Log in to your NextOS<\/strong> account using your School Admin<\/strong> credentials.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Navigate to Settings \u2192 Student \u2192 Examination \u2192 Examination Settings<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Click on Grade System<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Select Add Custom Logic<\/strong> to create a new grading scale.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Provide a Grading Scale Name<\/strong>, define the Input Type<\/strong> and Output Type<\/strong>, then click Next<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Configure the criteria for:\n
      \n
    • Decimal Places<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Round Off Settings<\/strong> for marks and percentage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Enter the marks range<\/strong> from 0 to 100<\/strong> for each grade point.
      Tip:<\/strong> Ensure decimal ranges are continuous.
      Example:<\/em> 0 to 33.0 = E, 33.01 to 40.0 = D, 40.01 to 50.00 = C2, and so on.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Click Next<\/strong> and select the Classes<\/strong> for which this grading system should apply.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Click Submit<\/strong> to save the grading scale.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Your custom grading scale will now be available to use during the exam structure configuration via exam hierarchy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
