Locking marks entry helps ensure accurate report cards by preventing any changes (new entries, edits, or deletions) after a certain date. Only Admins<\/strong> will be able to make changes once it\u2019s locked.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To set a marks entry lock:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  1. Go to Settings > Student > Examination<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Click on General Settings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Enable the \u201cLock Marks Entry\u201d option.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Set the effective date<\/strong>, and choose the relevant classes and sections.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Click the SAVE<\/strong> icon.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Note : From the effective date, marks entry will be locked for the chosen classes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
