If a class teacher cannot enter or edit marks for all subjects, it may be due to missing class teachership mapping or a disabled setting in the examination configuration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 1: Verify Class Teachership Mapping<\/strong>
Ensure the teacher is assigned as a Primary Class Teacher via Subject Teacher Mapping in Settings > Staff > Staff<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 2: Update Examination Settings<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Go to Settings > Student > Examination<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Click General Settings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Enable the Allow Class Teachers to edit other subject marks option.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Changes will be saved automatically.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
