<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If a subject teacher cannot access the marks entry page, there are usually two main causes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. The subject is not mapped to them, or<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Marks entry is locked<\/strong> or frozen<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Follow the steps below to resolve both issues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Step 1: Verify and Update Subject Teacher Mapping<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    1. Navigate to Settings > Staff > Staff<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Click on Subject Teacher Mapping<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Select the class and section where the teacher is facing the issue.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Review if the teacher is mapped to the respective subject.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. If not mapped, click Add Staff<\/strong>, search for the staff member, and assign them to the subject.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Note:<\/strong> Subject mapping is required for teachers to view and enter marks for that subject. Without mapping, the marks entry option will not appear for them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Step 2: Verify marks entry lock\/freeze settings<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      1. Navigate to Settings > Student > Examination<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Click on General Settings<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. Check the following options:\n
