You need to upload the signature in the staff records for it to display on the report card. Follow the steps below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sinature Upload Process<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  1. Navigate to Staff > Staff List & Reports<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Search for the staff member (class teacher) whose signature needs to be uploaded.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Open the staff profile and go to the Employment<\/strong> section.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Click Edit<\/strong>, locate the Signature<\/strong> field, and upload the file.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Republish the report card to view the signature on the final output.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
