There are two methods for updating the signature on the report card:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Via Staff Profile :<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  1. Go to Staff > Staff List<\/strong>, and search for the Principal<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Open the staff profile, go to the Employment<\/strong> section, click Edit<\/strong>, and upload the signature.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Then navigate to Settings > Examination > Report Card Builder<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Edit the required report card, go to the Component<\/strong> section, and select Footer<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Click on the \u2018+\u2019<\/strong> icon under Principal<\/strong> to add the uploaded signature.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Via Photo Upload URL<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    1. Go to Settings > Administration > School Setup > Photo Upload<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Upload the signature image and click on Copy URL<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Then go to the Report Card Builder<\/strong> page and paste the URL in the required signature field.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
