Step 1: Enter Remarks for Term<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  1. Navigate to Student > Examination > Commentary Remarks\/Student Record<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Select the Class, Section, Term & Assessment<\/strong>.
    Note: If remark is entered for PT-1, then it will only display for PT-1 report card.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Choose the required remark type.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Enter the remarks for students.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Click Save<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Republish the report card to confirm that the remarks are appearing correctly. If it does not appear then follow the next step.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Step 2: Link Remarks to the Report Card Template<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    \u26a0\ufe0f Important:<\/strong>
    <\/strong>Editing a Report Card Template should only be done if you are familiar with the Visual\/HTML Editor<\/strong>. Incorrect modifications may break the layout or disrupt data mapping.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Navigate to Settings > Student > Examination > Report Card Builder<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Locate the required report card template and click the Eye (View)<\/strong> icon to open and edit it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. In the template layout, choose the section where you want the remarks to appear.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. From the component options, select Discipline<\/strong> (or the relevant component type).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. In the Component Field<\/strong>, select Assessment<\/strong> and Submit, Choose the remark type you created earlier.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    6. Click the \u201c+\u201d<\/strong> symbol to insert the remark component into the report card.
      Note: Ensure that the selected area has enough space to display the remarks properly.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Republish the report card to confirm that the remarks are appearing correctly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
