When the student details are added to the system, if one of the parents\u2019 contact details including email ID and phone numbers are the same, the students can possibly be of the same parents. Such students are provided separately for merging their parent details.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. The students with contacts that match are listed on the page.\u00a0<\/li>\n
  2. Click <\/span>Resolve <\/b>beside the required students whose contacts details match.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Select the student whose parent details need to be retained.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Use the edit button against the student to edit the contact details of the selected student before retaining the contact details of the student.<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Click Confirm.<\/span><\/li>\n
  6. If at least one of the parent contact details of students match, but the students are not siblings, the contact details can be modified.<\/span><\/li>\n
  7. To do that, c<\/span>lick Resolve<\/strong> against the group of probable siblings.<\/span><\/li>\n
  8. Select Not A Sibling button or Edit under the name of the student so that you can modify the parent details of the student which might have been wrongly entered.<\/span><\/li>\n
  9. Enter the correct contact details of the parents.<\/span><\/li>\n
  10. Click the tick mark against the student.<\/span><\/li>\n
  11. The student is now removed from the group of probable siblings.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    1. Click <\/span>\"\"<\/span> to edit the parent’s details including Father\u2019s Name, Mother\u2019s Name, Contact No. and Email<\/span>.<\/span><\/li>\n
    2. Click the checkcircle to select the desired parent\u2019s details.<\/span><\/li>\n
    3. Click <\/span>CONFIRM SIBLING <\/b>to merge the student\u2019s parent details.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      NOTE<\/strong><\/span>:
      \nOne of the parent\u2019s details of the student will be deleted if he\/she has a sibling in the same school.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
